Towards that end, Delnite Fire inspects, services and supplies fire and safety equipment including fire extinguishers and alarms, emergency lighting and exit signs, industrial and kitchen suppression systems. Our strategy is simple, we believe that knowledge is the key to a successful, thriving business. Towards that end, we strive to become trained in our customers and their various needs. We ensure availabilty to our clients whether it be on-site consultations, free quotes or just plain old accessibility. All of this, in turn, makes us wise into type of business and building, both necessary to accurately gage requirements. Knowing about our product is also a vital part of providing for our customers. Clients require accurate, up-to-date information on goods as well as provincial codes and standards. We are committed to extending ourselves beyond the narrow scope of selling to establishing a trusted relationship with our clients. This family owned and operated business first began in the early 1980s by Karl Cuthbert Sr. and was taken over by son, Karl Jr. in the summer of 1997.
