The Centre is a not-for-profit agency that offers support services to francophone women who are victims of violence. We are situated in Timmins and are mandated to service all communities within the Cochrane District. The Centre is funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Four types of services are offered: one-on-one sessions, support groups, crisis intervention, and accompaniment (medical and legal appointments). Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We promote the crisis line FEM-AIDE (1-877-FEM-AIDE) a toll-free, confidential service.
